As Team Lead Tech Recruitment for one of the most fast growing tech companies in Europe, you will manage a team of tech recruiters and together you will search the world to build a collective of talented perfectionists, visionaries, and inventors.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Your main goal is to coach, train and develop the tech recruitment team. 
  • Determine strategic goals, but also help the team with finding the best tech talent out there. 
  • This position is mostly technically focused so experience with tech recruitment is important. 
  • Partner and maintain positive relationships with the hiring managers, help scale their teams, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all “customers” throughout the recruiting process. 
  • Have deep understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, interviewing and closing. 
  • Develop effective and timely communication approaches that include: actively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts, verbally and/or in written form. 
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Key qualifications

  • At least 5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with a high-performing company.
  • Preferably also management or team lead experience.
  • Strong affinity with IT or Tech Recruitment.
  • An advanced level of English, both written and spoken (German is a plus).
  • Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
  • Ownership and Impact are no strangers.
  • Passion for building and fast paced environments.
  • You over-deliver without under-promising
