As a Senior Recruitment you will create recruitment strategy and carefully look at current recruitment process. You will leverage and optimise the full hiring process of non-tech and tech roles from junior to C-level positions, mostly in Netherlands. Working closely with external recruitment parties, our Talent Acquisition Manager and the hiring managers in the organisation, you’ll be true specialist in recruitment.
